These images come with a private use licence registered to the licence holder. This entitles the licence holder to use them privately and does not include use of these images for any commercial gain.
Images used for commercial gain (i.e. any use whereby the user gains capital / gains financially from the use of the images), by any person or entity, will attract commercial usage fees in addition to any fees paid. If found to be breaching the above, you will be expected to cease use of these images immediately and pay the additional fees for their use up to this point.
Any images shared without proper authorisation from Ninety2 Automotive will be classed as copyright infringement and will be subject to fees, including but not limited to usage fees and damages.
