Photoshoot for Epilepsy Action at Thruxton Circuit

We were incredibly fortunate to be chosen to join this charity photoshoot day at Thruxton Race Circuit – on the Start/Finish line, no less! A huge thank you from #TeamNinety2 to all those who supported the event, be it volunteering, supporting, sharing, and attending the event with your pride and joy for some photos! We really hope you like them!

The organiser extraordinaire, Dave, sends a few words for you:

Back in December 2019, our daughter was diagnosed with Epilepsy, & after years of back & forth with the pediatrician & watch’n her go through hundreds of seizures (some’n a parent should never, but sadly does go through).

We found out about Epilepsy Action’s “Purple Day” the 1 day a year they nominated to help spread the word. So, I chose to do a static photoshoot at Thruxton & I rallyed up a crew of fellow marshals who I knew extremely well & we knocked it out the park! The day was a huge success…

We raised a total of £420!

I would like to start by thanking Thruxton Circuit for their generousity in letting us use the Start/Finish line on the track, what a fantastic opportunity and backdrop for the photoshoot.

I would like to personally thank Mel for being the photographer, her work is amazing & she’s bloody great at what she does.

I wanna thank the crew: Base, Alex, Dave, Thomas & Lee.

The biggest thanks goes to my partner Keira, for supporting me & put’n up with me through out this whole process.
